NUii Privacy Policy

NUii Life, Inc. (“NUii,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our coming-soon website, including nuii.com, nuii.life, and related NUii domains, and when you join NUii Early Access (collectively, the “Site”).

This Policy is specifically designed for NUii’s pre-launch and Early Access stage. The Site does not currently provide medical care, sell NUii products or services, or collect health information or biomarker data. Before NUii launches functionality involving health information, biomarker testing, personalized protocols, coaching, payments, or healthcare-provider integrations, we intend to update our privacy disclosures and, where applicable, provide additional notices, consents, and a HIPAA-compliant Notice of Privacy Practices.

1. Information We Collect

At the current Early Access stage, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information, such as your email address, when you join Early Access or otherwise contact NUii.
• Internet and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, and general Site usage information.
• Cookie and analytics information, including pages viewed, approximate session activity, and interactions with Site features or communications.

We do not currently request or intentionally collect health information, biomarker data, medical records, prescription information, payment card information, Social Security numbers, or other government identifiers through the Site.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and administer the Early Access program;
• Send Early Access confirmations, launch announcements, product previews, Founding Member information, and related NUii communications;
• Respond to questions and requests;
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the Site;
• Measure the effectiveness of our communications and marketing;
• Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity; and
• Comply with applicable laws and enforce our rights.

3. Email Communications and Consent

By voluntarily submitting your email address to join Early Access, you consent to receive Early Access, launch, product, promotional, and related marketing communications from NUii. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending non-promotional messages that may be necessary to respond to a request or administer your relationship with us.

If NUii later offers text-message or SMS communications, we will obtain any consent required by applicable law before sending such messages.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

The Site may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics scripts, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand Site usage, measure communications, and evaluate marketing performance. These technologies may be provided by NUii or by service providers.

If NUii later uses advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising technologies that constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable privacy law, we will provide any required disclosures and opt-out mechanisms. You may also control certain cookies through your browser or device settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers and contractors that perform services for NUii, such as website hosting, analytics, cybersecurity, email delivery, and marketing technology.
• Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers, where reasonably necessary.
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, security, or property.
• In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

NUii does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not provide your email address to unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing.

6. Service Providers

We may engage third-party providers to help operate the Site and Early Access program. These providers are authorized to process information only for legitimate business purposes connected to the services they provide to NUii and are expected to maintain appropriate safeguards. Categories of providers may include hosting, analytics, security, email delivery, customer communications, and marketing technology providers.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining the Early Access list, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, protecting NUii, and enforcing agreements. If you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information, such as your email address on a suppression list, to ensure we honor your opt-out.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

• Unsubscribe: Use the unsubscribe link in NUii marketing emails or contact us.
• Access, correction, or deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law.
• Cookies: You may adjust browser or device settings and use any cookie controls NUii makes available.

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide additional rights, including rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, or opt out of certain uses such as targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. We will process verifiable requests as required by applicable law.

10. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), subject to statutory thresholds, exceptions, and applicability. These may include rights to know, access, correct, and delete certain personal information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. NUii does not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration. If our practices change in a manner that triggers additional CCPA/CPRA obligations, we will update this Policy and provide required controls.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Site and Early Access program are intended for adults and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 through the Early Access program. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

12. International Visitors

NUii operates the Site from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

13. No Health Information at This Stage

The Early Access Site is not intended to receive protected health information or other sensitive medical information. Please do not send medical records, laboratory results, prescription details, diagnoses, or other health information through the Early Access form or general Site contact channels. NUii will provide separate or updated privacy disclosures before launching features designed to collect or process health-related information.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as NUii develops and as legal or operational requirements change. We will post the revised Policy with an updated “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice when required by law. A material update is expected before NUii begins collecting health-related information or launches its full member platform.
